سياسة الحجز:📌 - يُفضل الحجز المسبق لضمان توافر القوارب والمعدات المطلوبة. - يمكن إجراء الحجز عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني أو عبر الاتصال المباشر بنا. - يجب دفع المبلغ بالكامل من قيمة الرحلة لتأكيد الحجز. - سيتم إرسال تأكيد الحجز عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية بعد أستلام المبلغ. سياسة الإلغاء : - الإلغاء قبل 7 أيام أو أكثر من موعد الرحلة: استرداد كامل للدفعة المقدمة. - الإلغاء بين 3 إلى 6 أيام من موعد الرحلة: استرداد 50% من الدفعة المقدمة. - الإلغاء خلال أقل من 48 ساعة من موعد الرحلة: لا يمكن استرداد الدفعة المقدمة. - في حالة سوء الأحوال الجوية أو ظروف طارئة تمنع تنفيذ الرحلة، سيتم تأجيل الرحلة أو استرداد كامل المبلغ. 📅 لإجراء حجز أو استفسار، لا تتردد في التواصل معنا! 📌 Booking Policy: - Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability of boats and equipment. - Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly. - You are required to pay the full amount to confirm the booking. - Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS after receiving the deposit.
